Lionel Valdellon (Acid42) This album is a real journey into Mere Notilde's groovy future funk world. Mere Notilde is a Boston-based artist responsible for some of the freshest disco-based sounds in recent times. Mere has had releases spanning various labels (Neoncity Records, Montaime Records, Business Casual) in addition to forming his own label, Notilde Tapes. Mere has collaborated with various trailblazers of the Future Funk music scene, such as ev.exi, Mélonade and Pop Up! Mere has contributed music for various game studios, most recently featured in Sessions: Star Guardian Taliyah, a League of Legends compilation from Riot Games Music.

I liked Desired's self-titled release very much, so had to get "Lovestory" as well, its style feels the closest. Desired must be a fan of the 80ies "Cat's Eye" anime, as tracks 1 and 8 are from its soundtrack. Leading Motive
